Missional Communities:
Missional communities are our expressions of life groups, or small groups, within PSCG. They are essentially "life groups plus". They have the familiar components and characteristics of typical life groups (Bible study, prayer, fellowship), but they also have a strong missional, or ministry component. That is, a missional community is a small group of friends where you grow in your relationship with God and help others in the group do the same. And a missional community is also a small group of friends that helps you develop the heart and ability to team up with others to reach out and minister to your friends. Venture Groups:
Venture Groups are small group Bible studies comprised mainly of grad students new to Penn State and/or new to PSCG. In addition, Venture Groups help you find out more about Peer Groups and Missional Communities - the ongoing small groups of PSCG. Venture Groups exist for only a semester, and then they provide an opportunity to seamlessly transition into Peer Groups and Missional Communities. |

Each year, a group of Penn State students travels to Tijuana, Mexico for spring break. While there, we work on a construction project, visit the children at a local orphanage, and grow in our spirituality.
We accept donations for Mission Mexico through the Catholic Campus Ministry office throughout the year. Please make your check payable to "Mission Mexico" and bring it or send it to the Catholic Campus Ministry’s office at 205C Pasquerilla Spiritual Center.
